Website Terms of Use
Version 1.2026 · Last updated 13 August 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by BROKTRADING GROUP - Società a Responsabilità Limitata (“the Company”), an Italian limited liability company with registered office at Via Tagliamento 14, 00198 Roma, Italy, registered with the Registro delle Imprese di Roma under tax code 18650661004, REA RM-1798074, certified email btgsrl@pecimprese.it.
The Company is a legal person in its own right. It is the Italian parent company of the group and is not the same legal person as any company or brand described on this site. In particular it is not Broktrading Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus, whose own registration, registered office and obligations are separate from the Company’s.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site is a corporate information site. It describes the group, the companies and brands within it, the people who direct it, and the kinds of work those businesses do.
Nothing on this site is an offer. Descriptions of services, jurisdictions and capabilities are an invitation to discuss an engagement. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
3. No regulated activity, and no advice
- The Company does not carry on regulated financial activity through this site and holds no licence in any jurisdiction. It does not deal in or arrange deals in investments, advise on investments, manage investments, or hold client money or client assets.
- Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an inducement to enter into any transaction.
- Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice. Where a matter requires a legal or tax opinion it must come from a professional qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.
- This site is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law. Those who access it do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to them.
4. Group companies and brands
The brands and companies shown on this site are operated by distinct legal entities. A description of a brand on this site does not make the Company the counterparty to any engagement carried out under it. Any contract is with the company that provides the service, on that company’s own terms, and that company alone is responsible for performing it.
BrokLicense, BrokTechno and The Jazz Fintech are brands of BROKTRADING LTD, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 342927, with registered office at Orfeos Street 2B, office 201, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus. They are not separate legal persons. An engagement described under any of those brands is with Broktrading Ltd, on its terms, and Broktrading Ltd alone is responsible for performing it.
5. The contact form
The site provides a contact form. Name, surname, email address and message must be completed; company and phone number are optional. How the Company handles what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Sending an enquiry creates no relationship. No contract, engagement, retainer or duty of care arises from submitting the form or from the Company replying to it. A relationship begins only under a signed written agreement.
- Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. It travels by ordinary internet email and is not a secure channel. Do not include special categories of personal data, and do not send material subject to a confidentiality obligation you owe to someone else.
- The information you give must be accurate, and you must be entitled to give it. Where you submit another person’s personal data — a colleague’s name or contact details, for example — you confirm you may lawfully do so and that they have been told.
- Unsolicited proposals are not confidential. Ideas, business proposals or materials sent through the form without a prior written agreement are not treated as confidential and create no obligation of confidence, and no obligation to consider, return or pay for them.
- The Company gives no undertaking to reply to any enquiry, or to reply within any period.
- The form must not be used to send unlawful, misleading, offensive or abusive content, to send bulk or automated messages, or to distribute advertising or malicious code.
6. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, republish, sell, rent or sub-licence any part of the site;
- use it unlawfully or fraudulently, or in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system;
- scrape or data-mine the content, except for a search engine indexing public pages in the ordinary way; or
- use any name, mark or logo shown on the site without the written consent of its owner.
7. Intellectual property
All contents of this site — text, images, layout, graphics and marks — are protected by copyright and industrial property law and belong to the Company or to its licensors.
Third-party marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance indicates only that a commercial relationship has existed. It is not a recommendation of that firm and says nothing about its current regulatory standing or financial condition.
8. External links
This site may link to third-party sites. The Company does not control them and accepts no responsibility for their contents or for their handling of personal data. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Accuracy and availability
The Company takes reasonable care over the accuracy of the contents but gives no warranty that they are complete, current or free from error. Contents may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice, and the site may be unavailable at any time without notice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability for any loss arising from access to, use of, or reliance on this site or its contents, including any interruption of availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law.
11. Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The version in force is the one published here at the time of access.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, save where mandatory rules protecting consumers provide otherwise.
