1. What we are
BROKTRADING GROUP - Società a Responsabilità Limitata is an Italian limited liability company, Registro Imprese di Roma and tax code 18650661004, REA RM-1798074, registered office Via Tagliamento 14, 00198 Roma. It is a legal person in its own right, not a brand and not a trading name.
It is the Italian parent company of the group. The businesses described on this site — strategic and organisational consulting, licensing and compliance, technology, and fintech services — are carried on by operating companies under their own brands.
2. What we are not
- We are not a licensed financial institution. The Company does not carry on regulated financial activity through this site and holds no licence in any jurisdiction. It does not deal in or arrange deals in investments, advise on investments, manage investments, or hold client money or client assets.
- We are not a law firm and we do not practise law or give legal advice.
- We are not a tax adviser, an auditor, or an accountant.
- We are not a regulator, and we are not connected with, endorsed by, or acting for any regulator. Where a regulator’s name or mark appears on this site it is used to identify the authority concerned and nothing more.
3. The group, and who contracts with you
The companies and brands shown on this site are distinct legal entities. Describing a brand here does not make the Company the counterparty to any engagement carried out under it. Any contract is with the company that provides the service, on that company’s own terms, and that company alone is responsible for performing it.
4. Contacting us creates no relationship
Sending an enquiry through the contact form, or writing to any address published here, does not create a client relationship, an engagement or a duty of care, and the Company’s reply does not either. A relationship begins only under a signed written agreement.
Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. It is ordinary internet email and is not a secure channel. Unsolicited proposals and materials are not treated as confidential.
5. General information only
This website is general information. It takes no account of your circumstances, your business model, or your risk appetite, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific facts.
We take reasonable care with what we publish, but give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Take your own legal, regulatory and tax advice before acting on anything here.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, nor an invitation to invest in the Company or in any firm mentioned on it.
This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law. Those who access it do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to them.
